spainBreakfast can be hard if you’re on a gluten-free diet: cakes, bread, and more cakes... so be prepared!

But there are plenty of safe tapas options, and lunches and dinners are mostly fine with lots of fish, veg and salad with loads of olive oil. Remember that paella usually contains peas which should be avoided if you are on a legume-free diet or the best bet diet.
